Tania Rupapera is the founder of Unity Collection
(Ngāti Kahu, Ngāruahine).

She has experience as a buyer and retailer with a reputation for discovering new brands. Today, she is focused on curating high quality, Māori designer brands that align with Unity's vision and values.

Embracing her culture, supporting start-ups and established brands, she weaves her passions to bring this beautiful kaupapa to life. Authentic Māori storytelling to share their journey through design, fashion and art.

Tania is also an INLP practitioner, executive, lifestyle and well-being coach as well as the creator and facilitator of Mana Mindset Well-being Wānanga at Mana Coaching: manacoaching.co.nz
